Public transit is great. No need for a car. In fact, I would recommend against a car.

To do:

• Strøget has fantastic shopping and is a fun walk.

• Tivoli Gardens is a charming theme park that was used as inspiration for Disney. Its also right in the middle of the city

  

  

To see:

• Nyhavn is incredibly beautiful. I would recommend visiting around dusk.

  

  

• Christiansborg Palace

To eat:

• Rajissimo at Nyhavn - Incredible Soft Ice

• Sankt Peders Bageri - Almost 400 year old bakery. Everything there was fantastic. I wish we had more room in our bags to take home fresh bread.
